I was very hesitant to use the Auction process to market my own property. On consultation with our corporate Auctioneer, Jonathon Moore, who very carefully took the time to step me through the pros and cons of this method of sale, I am know an Auction believer.

I very much appreciated his honesty and the fact that there was only one guarantee which was if the Purchaser was there during the marketing period, the Auction marketing would attract them.

Auction day came with five competitive bidders and it was extremely refreshing to see Jonathon take part in the final negations which were in excess of my original expectations.
